Job Description

Looking for a pharmacy role beyond the retail counter Join our healthcare logistics team in Clementi and gain hands-on experience supporting medication fulfilment, inventory management and healthcare deliveries!

Job Scope:

Process and pack medication orders & prescriptions
Perform stock receiving, checking and repacking
Conduct quality checks on medication orders
Manage inventory, replenishment, cycle counts & stock-takes
Coordinate medication deliveries to healthcare institutions/patients
Support billing, documentation & reconciliation
Assist with IT/automation and quality improvement projects
Support team operations, training and other ad hoc duties

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science / Pharmacy Science or an equivalent relevant qualification
Comfortable handling inventory, medication / pharmaceutical products and related documentation
Training on the Warehouse Management System (WMS) will be provided!
