Job Responsibilities:

. Support patient registration and clinic administration.

. Assist with appointment scheduling and patient enquiries.

. Support doctors and day-to-day clinic operations as required.

. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements:

Valid SNB and BCLS for EN

Prior experience using the Plato System.

Able to commit for 3-6 months.

Able to commence from December 2026 / January 2027.

Able to commit to working hours:

Monday to Friday: 9.00am - 5.30pm

Saturday: 9.00am - 12.30pm

Working hours are subject to clinic operating hours.
