Loan Syndication Analyst (Korean-speaking)

Job Purpose:

This role offers hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of syndicated loan transactions, including credit analysis, deal execution, documentation, and post-disbursement monitoring. You will work closely with senior bankers and gain valuable experience in corporate lending within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in credit analysis and review of corporate financial statements
• Support execution of syndicated loan transactions
• Prepare internal reports and regulatory submissions (MAS / Head Office)
• Perform KYC and ensure compliance with internal policies
• Review and prepare loan and credit documentation
• Monitor credit facilities and borrower performance
• Coordinate with clients and partner banks
• Support Relationship Managers and senior team members on transactions

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Business, Accountancy or related field
• Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts
• Strong interest in corporate banking / syndicated loans
• Proficiency in Korean (written and spoken) - ability to handle documentation in Korean
• Good command of English
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
