We're seeking a motivated Loan Collection & Recovery Officer to join our collections team. The role involves engaging with customers to negotiate payments, resolve account issues, and support overall recovery efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on overdue payments
• Negotiate repayment arrangements and ensure timely collections
• Achieve assigned collection targets and KPIs
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding accounts and finance charges
• Monitor and track the status of delinquent accounts
• Investigate and handle cases to support effective recovery strategies
• Ensure collection efforts align with company standards and policies
