Responsibilities

• Provide clients with tailored advice on personal loan products, ensuring their financial needs are met effectively.
• Explain loan terms, conditions, and repayment plans clearly and comprehensively.
• Facilitate the entire loan application process, including managing necessary documentation and conducting preliminary credit evaluations.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure applications meet all internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Liaise with internal departments to expedite the approval and disbursement of loans.
• Establish trust-based relationships with clients through consistent communication and dedicated support.
• Address client concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
• Actively promote loan offerings, engage potential clients, and develop a network of referrals to expand the client base.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in the financial or lending sector with a solid performance record.
• Familiarity with Singapore's lending regulations is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive financial data with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
