- Enter and maintain accurate customer details and client account records to support account management
- Perform administrative tasks such as photocopying and filing to support smooth branch operations
- Engage proactively with customers during appointments to create a pleasant and professional experience
- Consistently deliver exemplary customer service to uphold the company's professional image
