- Advise clients (primarily from North Asia) on: Mortgage refinancing /Property purchase financing /Loan restructuring and optimisation strategies
- Structure and recommend suitable loan solutions across a panel of banks and financial institutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with: Lending banks Property agents and intermediaries
- Manage end-to-end loan process: Client profiling and needs analysis /Loan comparison and structuring/Application submission and follow-through to disbursement
- Proactively identify refinancing opportunities within existing client portfolios
- Stay updated on market trends, interest rate movements, and regulatory changes in Singapore
Requirements
- 3-8 years of experience in:Mortgage sales / home loansLoan advisory / brokerageRetail banking (mortgage specialist role)
- Strong knowledge of:Singapore mortgage products/Refinancing structures and lock-in considerations/Property financing regulations (MAS guidelines)
- Experience dealing with North Asia clients (e.g., China, Hong Kong, Taiwan) is highly preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English (to serve client base)
- Strong sales, relationship management, and advisory skills

- Existing network with property agents / developers
- Track record of loan volumes closed (refinancing + new purchase)
- Familiarity with cross-border client needs and documentation
