JOB DESCRIPTION:-
Manage end-to-end loan processing from lead generation to disbursement
Assess loan applications by analyzing creditworthiness, income, and financial documents
Conduct credit appraisal, risk assessment, and loan eligibility checks
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and RBI guidelines
Coordinate with credit, legal, valuation, and operations teams
Recommend loan approvals or rejections based on analysis
Maintain accurate documentation and loan files
Monitor loan portfolio performance and minimize NPAs (Non-Performing Assets)
Handle customer queries related to loan products and repayment schedules
Ensure timely loan disbursement and post-disbursement follow-up
Track EMI collections and manage delinquent accounts
Identify and implement strategies to increase loan sales and recovery
Train and supervise loan officers and sales executives
Prepare MIS reports, portfolio analysis, and performance reports
Maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and channel partners
