Loan Control & Reporting Specialist

• Monitor compliance with internal policies, loan agreements, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve issues to ensure operational integrity.
• Prepare and deliver detailed loan-related reports, including outstanding balances, overdue accounts, and loan portfolio performance.
• Generate regulatory and management reports in compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Conduct regular reconciliations between internal systems and external records to ensure data accuracy.
• Identify areas for process optimization and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in loan administration, credit control, or a similar role within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of loan products, regulatory requirements, and financial reporting standards.
