Provide deal capture and analytical support for regional and global LNG trading activities across spot, term, and structured deals.
Enter physical and derivatives trades into the company's ETRM system accurately and on time; reconcile trade details, perform data quality checks, and maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders to meet reporting requirements.
Support the trading team by handling trade amendments, actualizations, and cargo allocations as operational statuses or contractual terms evolve.
Conduct daily P&L, mark-to-market (MTM), and risk exposure analysis to guide trading and commercial decisions.
Monitor, interpret, and report daily P&L and MTM movements to traders and management.
Develop and maintain exposure reconciliation tools and pricing forecasts.
Assist with counterparty onboarding and KYC-related processes.
Travel occasionally for team support, networking, and training purposes.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in the oil and gas sector; exceptional candidates with slightly less experience may be considered.
Bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable institution, preferably in a quantitative discipline.
Strong communicator and proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced trading environment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
Effective communication skills; mentoring or leadership exposure is advantageous.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Python or another programming language is an added advantage.
Digitally savvy, innovative mindset with a strong interest in adopting new tools and solutions.
