Provide pre-deal and deal execution supports e.g advising operational feasibility by collaborating closely with LNG trading team or/and vessel operation team
Be responsible for end-to-end execution of short, medium and long-term LNG trades and associated shipping, ensuring safe, compliant and cost-efficient cargo delivery. Manage with the supports by functional teams such as trading teams, operation teams and the shipping teams on the nominations, lifting/discharging plans, terminal coordination, cargo documentation, inspection related, claims/disputes resolving and financial settlement activities
Collaborate with the relevant teams to manage operational risks to ensure the compliance with the contracts, the relevant company policies, terminal rules and the regulatory requirements of the authorities in different regions
Maintain the data/information record of the operations and provide the related reports or analysis to meet the business need and do timely entries and input in the operation/finance systems
Contribute to continuous improvement of operation process and update/optimize the relevant operating procedures as necessary
Perform other related tasks as assigned by Operation Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the LNG or energy industry with working knowledge of LNG operations/shipping operations.
Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Positive working attitude and ability to work independently.
Able to meet tight deadlines and perform well under pressure.
