We are working with a highly regarded, conflict-free disputes boutique as it expands its presence into Asia with a new office in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to join at an early stage and work closely with the new Singapore partner.

The firm has an impressive track record of handling complex, high-value international disputes for an exceptional client base that includes HNW individuals, sovereigns, family offices, funds, and corporates. Its matters frequently involve:

Complex commercial disputes

Fraud and asset recovery

Shareholder and joint venture disputes

Breach of trust and fiduciary duty claims

International arbitration and cross-border enforcement issues

The successful candidate will:

Be Singapore-qualified (around 34 years PQE) with a strong grounding in disputes work

Legal study (whether undergraduate or postgraduate) at an English university would be very highly regarded

Have trained and gained post-qualification experience with a leading international or top-tier Singapore firm

Possess demonstrable experience in international arbitration or foreign-law disputes work exposure to English-law governed matters will be a distinct advantage

Demonstrate an international outlook and strong commercial instincts

Be comfortable working closely with clients and taking early responsibility in a small but growing team
