We are seeking two motivated and meticulous Litigation Associates to join our Dispute Resolution team.
- Commercial/Civil Litigation Associate Focus on complex commercial disputes, including contractual, corporate, and shareholder matters. You will work on cases that require sharp analytical skills and exposure to cross-border elements.
- Family Litigation Associate Work on a range of matrimonial and family-related disputes, including divorce, custody, maintenance, and division of assets. You will handle cases that require sensitivity, empathy, and strong advocacy.
Both roles provide hands-on experience and close mentorship from a senior lawyer.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research, draft submissions, affidavits, and other court documents.
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations under supervision.
- Advise clients on litigation strategy and dispute resolution options under supervision.
- Assist in case preparation, trial management, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
Requirements
- Singapore-qualified lawyer with 14 years PQE in litigation and dispute resolution.
- Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive mindset with keen attention to detail
