Linux/Windows System Administrator

Overview:
We are seeking a mid-level System Administrator with solid experience in UNIX/Linux (Red Hat) and Windows Server environments. You will manage, secure, and optimize hybrid systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
. Administer and maintain Red Hat Linux 9 and Windows Server 2022 systems.
. Perform system hardening, deployment, and patch management to meet security standards.
. Manage virtualization infrastructure using VMware ESXi, including configuration and resource optimization.
. Monitor and maintain system health, backups, and recovery processes.
. Implement and manage Symantec Endpoint Manager for endpoint protection.
. Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure high uptime.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on deployments and upgrades.
. Maintain system documentation, procedures, and configuration records.

Requirements:
. Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or higher (mandatory).
. 4-5 years of experience in system administration across Linux and Windows platforms.
. Strong understanding of virtualization, networking, and security practices.
. Experience with automation and configuration tools is an advantage.
. Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred:
. Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix or Nagios.
. Knowledge of scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Python).
