Job Description

Responsibilities:
. Lead and manage the lighting design team, including workload, performance and development.
. Oversee multiple projects to ensure timely delivery, quality and budget control.
. Review project deliverables and provide direction to the design team.
. Manage key client relationships and attend meetings, presentations and site discussions.
. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
. Monitor project progress, resolve issues and manage project risks.
. Oversee tenders, proposals and project documentation.
. Support business development and identify new project opportunities.
. Mentor and develop team members while driving team performance.

Requirements:
. Diploma / Degree in Lighting Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering or related field
. 8+ years of relevant lighting industry experience, with team and project management experience
. Strong leadership, client management and communication skills
. Good understanding of lighting projects, technical requirements and project coordination
. Organised, commercially aware and able to manage multiple projects independently
