Lift Supervisor (Maintenance).

Overview:

• Basic up to $3200 (With experience) + Allowance + AWS + VB
• 5 Days (Monday to Friday), 8:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.
• Transportation Claimable
• Island wide Repair

Responsibilities: -

• Manage a team of technician and schedule their routine.
• Routine maintenance tasks (checking, oiling, greasing, adjusting mechanical components)
• Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions or defects
• Testing and inspecting safety devices
• Recommending and replacing worn or damaged parts
• Responding to emergency breakdowns and providing on-site repairs
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair work
• Complying with safety regulations and codes of practice.

Requirements: -

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant technical working experience in the lift, elevator, and escalator industry as supervisor.
• At least manage a team of 5 & above technician.
• Comfortable traveling islandwide as needed for job sites
• Only Singaporean
