A Lift Specialist is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of elevators. This role involves routine maintenance to keep the equipment in optimal condition.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance of lift according to maintenance schedule
- Report defects or problems found during maintenance
- Attend to customer calls/requests and respond to incident and recovery
- Responsible for completing work records after completion of maintenance work
- Ensure that all maintenance work complies with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Attend regular toolbox meetings conducted by supervisor
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or NITEC in Building Environment (Vertical Transportation). Entry level candidates are welcome.
- At least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in lift industry. Non-experience but with passion are welcome.
- Proven communication and inter-personnel skills.
- Achiever with self-motivation attributes.
- Able to work in a team or individual.
- Mature, responsible and discipline personality.
