Lift Specialist

Job Summary

Perform maintenance and servicing of lifts and escalators, respond to breakdowns and call backs, coordinate schedules with supervisors, report technical issues, and participate in training to enhance technical and service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and servicing of lifts and escalators to ensure operational safety and reliability
• Respond promptly to call backs and breakdowns to restore lift and escalator functionality
• Replace parts on lifts and escalators accurately to maintain equipment performance
• Coordinate with supervisors to plan service schedules and monitor lift and escalator performance
• Identify and report technical problems encountered during servicing to facilitate timely resolution
• Participate in training sessions to upgrade technical knowledge and service skills related to lifts and escalators
