Job Description

Our client is a well-established company specialised in private home, commercial lifts and escalators.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  • Identify potential markets, clients, and business opportunities within the lift industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders in the industry.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Conduct contracts negotiations, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Provide expert product knowledge to clients, addressing inquiries and assisting in selecting the most suitable lift solution.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments, new technologies, and regulations related to lifts and elevators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirement:

  • Min 2 years of sales/marketing experience in Lift / Construction/ Building Automation/ Commercial & Industrial industry
  • Possesses strong technical expertise and proven project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Can start work immediately or at a short notice
