Our client is an established organization within the public sector and is currently seeking a Lift Manager to join their dynamic team during an exciting time in their development.
What you will do
- Responsible for overseeing the operations, maintenance, and performance of lift systems across estates.
- Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs, upgrades, and inspections
- Monitor lift performance and respond promptly to breakdowns or service disruptions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, codes, and standards
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain operational excellence
- Review and manage maintenance contracts, service reports, and technical documentation
- Evaluate tenders and quotations for lift-related projects
- Handle feedback, complaints, and incident reports related to lift operations
- Work closely with internal teams to support asset management and improvement initiatives
What you will need
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Management, Facilities Management
- Min 3 years of relevant experience in lift maintenance and in managing township
- Familiar with BCA lift regulations, Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) practices, and public housing estate management standards.
