Lift Maintenance Technician
- Work Location: Various locations within Mainland Singapore
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5.15pm
- Monthly Salary: up to $3010 + Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB)
- Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment to ensure reliability and minimize operational downtime.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns, support troubleshooting activities, and assist teams to maintain operational readiness, including standby duties when required.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures, environmental policies, and regulatory requirements, including participation in inspections or audits.
- Maintain proper handling, usage, and safekeeping of tools and equipment in accordance with company guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with supervisors and internal teams to ensure smooth maintenance operations and timely issue resolution.
- Accurately document maintenance activities, reports, and findings, and support investigations into equipment issues to improve quality and performance.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent in Vertical Transportation or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 1 years relevant working experience in lift/building maintenance is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Access to own a motorbike for work-related travel
- Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
