Job Description

Oversee the daily operations of the service department, including preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, call-back services, and modernization projects.
Plan and coordinate service schedules to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
Manage service contracts, monitor contract renewals, and support customer retention initiatives.
Lead, supervise, train, and evaluate a team of service technicians to ensure productivity, performance, and compliance with safety standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to technicians in resolving complex service issues.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, property managers, and building owners by responding promptly to service requests and resolving issues effectively.
Conduct regular site visits, monitor service quality, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Prepare service reports, monitor key performance indicators, and recommend operational improvements to Management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
Salary : $4000 - $5000
5 days, 9am to 6pm
Min 5 years lift maintenance company experience
