Lift Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Lift Maintenance Engineer to schedule monthly lift servicing, coordinate repairs, manage a maintenance team, and document service findings using Microsoft Word and Excel. The role includes onsite discussions and attending meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and manage monthly lift servicing schedules to ensure timely maintenance
• Liaise with the maintenance team to compile detailed findings from lift servicing for accurate reporting
• Submit and track ad hoc repair jobs identified during servicing to ensure prompt resolution
• Coordinate follow-up repairs and respond to lift breakdowns to minimize downtime
• Use Microsoft Word and Excel to create clear, organized reports and schedules for maintenance activities
• Apply knowledge of lift maintenance and repair processes to support effective service delivery
• Organize and lead a team of maintenance technicians to achieve maintenance goals efficiently
• Conduct onsite discussions with stakeholders to address maintenance issues and provide updates
• Attend meetings as required to communicate progress and collaborate on maintenance strategies
