Lift Executive

• Support daily lift operations under Town Council

• Coordinate lift testing and maintenance works

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements

• Handle public feedback and assist in joint inspections

• Support lift/escalator contract management (renewals & new projects)

• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineer

• Min 1 year experience is preferred

• Experience working at/with Town Councils will be an advantage

• Working Location: North East

• Salary: Up to $4800

• Working Hours: 5.5 days work week

• Able to start work within short notice
