Lift & Escalator Inspector

Job Description:

- Carry out annual inspection for lift and escalator including the 5-year load test for lift.

- Collate & submit inspection findings for clients/contractors to follow up.

- Prepare inspection reports.

- Submission of inspection reports via BCA LEAP system.

- Liaise with client, lift contractors, LEI and SPE.

- Ensure inspections are completed according to schedule.

Requirements:

- Must be registered as LEI with IES LEI Registry.

- Able to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Google form.

- Team player and able to work independent with minimum supervision.

- Able to work under pressure with good time management skill.

Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualification.
