About the RoleAs a Lift Service Engineer, you will lead field maintenance operations, focusing on preventive and corrective servicing of elevators. You will oversee a team of technicians, manage site schedules, and ensure compliance with service quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities carried out by technicians at residential and commercial sites
- Ensure all lift servicing, including preventive and corrective maintenance, meets safety and regulatory requirements
- Oversee field schedules, technician deployment, and site progress for timely service delivery
- Liaise with clients and subcontractors to resolve technical and service-related issues
- Maintain accurate records, checklists, and reports to support compliance and audits
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in elevator servicing and field operations
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong knowledge of lift systems, drive units, and control components
- Proven ability to lead and manage field service teams
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
- High awareness of safety and service reliability
