  • Salary Range: S$3,500 - S$5,500/month (commensurate with experience and technical assessment)

About the RoleAs a Lift Engineer focusing on annual inspections, you will play a key role in ensuring elevator system safety and compliance. You will plan and execute inspection programs, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate across multiple sites to maintain high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct annual lift inspections, including Full Load and Brake Tests, in compliance with local regulations
  • Develop, update, and implement inspection procedures and testing standards
  • Coordinate inspection schedules and manage manpower deployment across islandwide sites
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to confirm schedules and resolve on-site challenges
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and recommend corrective actions
  • Prepare comprehensive inspection reports and maintain documentation for audits
  • Contribute to the refinement of SOPs and promote best practices within the team

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related technical discipline
  • Minimum 3 years experience in lift inspections or lift engineering at an engineer level
  • Strong understanding of local lift inspection regulations and standards
  • Solid employment track record with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Technical troubleshooting, fault analysis, scheduling, and manpower planning skills
