As a Part-Time Casual Lifeguard, you'll play an important role in ensuring the safety of swimmers while supporting poolside activities and delivering a positive experience for everyone using the facilities.
We are looking for someone who is
- Safety-focused with a strong sense of responsibility
- Attentive and proactive in monitoring pool users and identifying potential hazards
- Confident in communicating with Members
- Friendly and approachable, with the ability to provide assistance when needed
- Able to work flexible shifts
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to)
- Monitor pool areas to ensure the safety of all and at all times.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies in accordance with safety and rescue procedures.
- Enforce pool rules and safety guidelines to maintain a safe aquatic environment.
- Conduct routine safety checks and ensure poolside areas remain clean and hazard-free.
- Provide assistance and basic first aid when required.
- Support the operations team with general poolside duties and ensure a positive experience for all.
This role is paid on an hourly basis.
