Responsibilities
- Perform annual and five-year special surveys on lifesaving appliances (LSA) to ensure compliance and safety standards.
- Complete assigned tasks independently to maintain operational readiness of lifesaving equipment.
- Conduct repair and maintenance tasks on lifesaving appliances to ensure functionality and reliability (preferred).
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold valid training certification from any recognized Lifeboat maker (preferred)
- Possess SSSC or SSIC
- Have a minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in lifesaving appliance maintenance and surveys.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Ability to perform repair and maintenance jobs on lifesaving appliances is preferred.
