Life Science Recruiter (Recruitment Consultant) / Entry level

Position Summary

We are is looking for a highly-driven and motivated recruiter overall responsible for the recruitment activity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Screening and qualifying suitable candidates for hiring by the clients
• Sourcing for relevant talents and profiles for openings
• Conducting mock interviews to prepare the candidates after shortlisting
• Conducting reference check and preparing recruitment reports
• Ad-hoc projects as and when needed

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with ambiguity
