Liaison Officer

Responsibilities

1. Facilitate clear and effective communication between non-Mandarin-speaking doctors and Mandarin-speaking patients by accurately interpreting and conveying essential medical information between English and Mandarin.
2. Translate marketing and informational materials, including advertisements, brochures, leaflets, and pamphlets, between English and Chinese (Mandarin), ensuring accuracy and consistency.
3. Develop a strong understanding of medical terminology, particularly in the field of IVF and reproductive medicine, to ensure precise and meaningful interpretation and translation that reflects the intended tone and content.
4. Manage the storage of sperm, oocytes and embryos, such as implementing contract renewals, payment collection procedures and service recovery.
5. Coordinate the transfer of gametes to and from the Company and its affiliates, ensuring proper documentation, timely logistics, and effective resolution of any issues that may arise.

6. Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective patients by introducing the Company's services and branding, and providing basic information on IVF and infertility treatments.
7. Assist international patients with travel logistics, including visa applications, accommodation bookings, and transportation arrangements to ensure a seamless experience.
8. Contribute to the efficient operation of the clinic's service counters and patient-facing processes.
9. Respond to patient inquiries and feedback professionally, including being accessible after clinic hours to provide necessary support and follow-up.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent a degree in Business, or related field is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Independent and self-motivated, desire to acquire new knowledge, good initiative and with positive working attitude.
• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with the associates/patient
