LEW Technician

Job Responsibilities:

Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customers enquiries, needs and complaints

Perform preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical control

Ensure all LEW paperwork/documentations are completed and filed in accordance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

Possess LEW certificate with EMA or hold a valid Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) certification of Grade 7

Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical or related field

Candidates with 2 years or more related experience in Facilities Management will be an added advantage

No experience is welcome to apply (On Job Training)

Rotating Shift required (2 shifts and/or 3 shifts)
