About Role:
Our client is a leading international hospitality group managing a portfolio of more than 10 serviced residences across Singapore. They are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Sales (Leisure) to drive leisure segment revenue across their Singapore cluster.
This is a cluster role, supporting multiple properties, based at their corporate office in the CBD.
Responsibilities:
Drive and achieve leisure segment revenue targets across all Singapore properties.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business growth.
Grow and manage key leisure accounts including tour operators, travel agents, wholesalers and online partners.
Actively acquire new leisure business through proactive sales activities, roadshows, networking and client meetings.
Lead negotiations on commercial agreements and volume contracts.
Conduct sales presentations and participate in industry trade shows and promotional events.
Work closely with Revenue Management and Global Sales teams to optimise pricing and inventory.
Analyse market trends, competitors and performance data to identify opportunities.
Review business plans, identify gaps and implement actions to maximise occupancy and revenue.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related discipline.
Minimum 6 years of hospitality sales experience, ideally in leisure or cluster / multi-property roles.
Strong knowledge of Singapore leisure market (tour operators, travel agents, OTA, wholesalers).
Confident presenter with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
