Job Description
The role will include, but not limited to, providing full secretarial support to lawyers such as:
- Document Management: organisation of documents, emails, and correspondence.
- Document Processing: simple proofreading, formatting, engrossing letters, creating/editing PDF documents, compiling bundles for litigation, etc.
- File opening and closing procedures, managing schedules, assisting with tele/video conference calls/booking/setup and reservations for appointments.
- Manage calendar and update contact/client lists in the firm CRM system (CoreMatter).
- Assisting with e-litigation (Court filings and calendar) and searches (ACRA etc).
- Prepare bills to clients and input timesheets for fee earners accurately.
- Arrange courier services, commissioning /notarising.
- Prepare bank deposit vouchers, and post disbursement entries.
- Attend to incoming calls, and visitors.
- Assist in greeting card mailing.
- Any other secretarial duties as assigned by the supporting lawyer.

- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook)

Minimum Qualification
- Diploma, preferably in Legal Studies and/or Secretarial/Office Skills
Work Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 0900 to 1730 hours
