Fluency in English (written and verbal communication)
1-2yrs experience in Trust Safety, Law Enforcement/Government agencies
Experience with handling and viewing distressing and sensitive content
Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs
Experience of assessing risk and the ability to think critically and make quick decisions
Experience working independently with sound judgement and communicating with cross-functional teams
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Fluency in a second language in Japanese/Turkish/French/Vietnamese to support market specific requests amongst others (written and verbal communication);
Demonstrate good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to adapt communication styles to suit different stakeholders, like cross-functional teams.
