Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review the Coliwoo Group's contractual documents and to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Drafting of contractual documents (e.g. Service Agreement, Tenancy Agreement, Letter of Intent, etc.).

  • Liaising with Coliwoo's Corporate Secretary and drafting of corporate secretarial documents (e.g. Directors and/or shareholders resolutions pertaining to contractual documents and/or corporate exercise).

  • Assist with the preparation of all reporting requirements within the Coliwoo Group.

  • Provide advice and support to internal customers.

  • Develop, implement, and update compliance procedures.

  • Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.

  • Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance requirements.

  • Investigate and report any compliance violations or concerns to management.

  • Maintain records of compliance activities and prepare reports for management as required.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or other related legal qualifications preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management, commercial law, or corporate legal roles preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of local laws, regulations, and best practices relevant to the industry.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly ethical, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality.
