Job Responsibilities:
Review the Coliwoo Group's contractual documents and to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Drafting of contractual documents (e.g. Service Agreement, Tenancy Agreement, Letter of Intent, etc.).
Liaising with Coliwoo's Corporate Secretary and drafting of corporate secretarial documents (e.g. Directors and/or shareholders resolutions pertaining to contractual documents and/or corporate exercise).
Assist with the preparation of all reporting requirements within the Coliwoo Group.
Provide advice and support to internal customers.
Develop, implement, and update compliance procedures.
Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance requirements.
Investigate and report any compliance violations or concerns to management.
Maintain records of compliance activities and prepare reports for management as required.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or other related legal qualifications preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management, commercial law, or corporate legal roles preferred.
Strong knowledge of local laws, regulations, and best practices relevant to the industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Highly ethical, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality.
