About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to support our APAC Legal team. This role provides hands-on exposure to in-house legal operations across a growing regional business. The Legal Intern will assist in managing operational and corporate legal matters, ensuring timely and efficient handling of routine work while supporting broader strategic initiatives.
Role Responsibilities
- Assist Legal Counsels in reviewing, drafting and preparing commercial contracts and templates.
- Conduct due diligence and support contract management processes.
- Perform legal research and prepare research summaries or internal memos.
- Coordinate and support corporate secretarial matters across APAC entities.
- Assist in maintaining legal documentation and registers.
- Support Legal Counsels in meetings with business units where required.
- Provide general administrative and ad-hoc legal support as needed.
Role Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Law degree.
- Strong research, analytical and drafting skills.
- Meticulous, organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills and able to work with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, responsible and able to work independently with guidance.
