Responsible for in-house legal and compliance support and administration, including assisting in the reviewing and drafting of a variety of commercial agreements and internal compliance policies, assisting in organizing and managing legal templates and maintaining the contract database
Provide corporate secretarial support for entities supported by the Company, including liaising with the Company Secretary, auditors and other external parties for the preparation and reviewing of corporate secretarial documents
Provide support for both internal and external communications, including but not limited to proofreading newsletter, speeches, letters and press releases
Provide support on audit and compliance matters
Keep abreast on regulatory development
Co-ordinate and plan trainings for staff
Carry out duties and responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Law/Compliance or equivalent
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
