Job Description
Role Overview This is a 6-month contract for an in-house Legal Counsel (Augmentation Consultant) in Singapore. Candidates must be available for immediate onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, tech, procurement, and licensing agreements.
- Advisory: Provide practical advice on contract law, IP, cybersecurity, data protection, and corporate governance.
- Process & Support: Manage contract lifecycles and templates while collaborating with internal tech, risk, and compliance teams.
Requirements
- Education & Bar: Law degree and admitted to the Singapore Bar.
- Experience: At least 4 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in an MNC in-house team or reputable commercial law firm.
- Skills: Strong communication, tech-savvy mindset, and expertise in commercial/regulatory law.
- Bonus: A second degree in IT or background in the digital/IT industry.
