Job Description

We are helping our client, a well established hedge fund company, hiring an experienced legal professional with a strong focus on fund structuring and cross-border transactions.

What you'll do:

  • Lead fund formation and structuring work, including Variable Capital Companies (VCCs) and related fund vehicles
  • Draft, review, and negotiate investor documents (subscriptions, side letters, onboarding, disclosures)
  • Support corporate and commercial contracts across vendors, technology, data, IP, and NDAs
  • Partner with Compliance on regulatory interpretation impacting fund operations and licensing
  • Manage external counsel and legal spend on specialist and cross-border matters
  • Act as a key legal business partner to investment, operations, and management teams

What we're looking for:

  • 4–7 years PQE, qualified in Singapore, Hong Kong, or another common law jurisdiction
  • Strong hands-on experience in fund formation (VCC experience essential)
