A well‑established media and technology group is hiring a Legal Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to the business on day‑to‑day commercial matters
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including content, advertising, licensing and partnership agreements
- Advise on regulatory, compliance, IP, data protection and marketing‑related issues
- Support corporate initiatives and transactions as required
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel across the region
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 5–8 years PQE
- Experience in media, digital, technology, TMT or content‑driven businesses preferred
- Strong commercial judgement and contract‑negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, regional environment
- Fluent in English and Chinese required
