Overview
Provide inhouse legal support across commercial, technology and regulatory matters. Work closely with internal stakeholders to manage legal risk, ensure compliance, and enable business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate a variety of agreements (e.g. commercial / vendor / partnership contracts).
- Advise on technology-related legal issues, including data protection, IP, software / licensing.
- Monitor regulatory developments; ensure business practices align with applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with operations, product, compliance and other teams to resolve legal issues.
- Support internal governance, risk assessments, and legal due diligence.
- Provide guidance on policy and procedure around legal / regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years PQE with relevant experience in commercial and regulatory law.
- Singapore bar qualification required.
- Solid experience in tech / data / IP-related legal matters.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and translate legal risks into practical business advice.
