Legal Counsel

Our client, a MNC, is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its legal team.

The role focuses on complex lending transactions, with a strong emphasis on borrower-side work, cross-border deals, and strategic input on financing structures.

Key Responsibilities

Advise on loan agreements, security documentation, and related finance documents.

Act as lead counsel on borrower-side lending transactions, ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives.

Negotiate and draft documentation for multi-jurisdictional financing deals.

Provide guidance on regulatory compliance and risk management across global markets.

Work closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel to deliver seamless execution.

Requirements

Qualified lawyer with 58 years PQE.

Prior experience at an International or Silver Circle law firm is preferred.

Strong background in lending and debt finance transactions.

Proven experience with cross-border financing and global deal structures.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Preferred Attributes

Exposure to technology, infrastructure, or digital sectors is advantageous.

Ability to manage complex projects independently in a fast-paced environment
