About our client

A Single Family Office in Singapore is seeking a Legal Counsel to serve as the principal's trusted legal advisor — identifying and managing legal risk while balancing business needs with pragmatic, commercially-minded solutions.

The Role

You will work directly with the principal across four core areas:

• Wealth structuring and corporate governance
• Cross-border coordination with external legal, tax and advisory professionals
• Contracts and transaction support
• Legal documentation and entity maintenance

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years PQE with solid corporate and commercial legal fundamentals
• Strong communication skills
• Sharp, fast-thinking, and able to navigate ambiguity in a lean setup
• Comfortable building from the ground up with limited existing infrastructure
