We are partnering with a fast-growing technology company that provides integrated software and hardware solutions to businesses across the region. They are looking to hire a
Legal Counsel/Senior Legal Counselto support commercial, product, and regulatory matters as the business continues to scale.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with product, sales, and regional teams on new market launches, innovative tech offerings, and day-to-day commercial advisory.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on legal and regulatory aspects of new products and market expansion
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (customer, vendor, and partnership contracts)
- Provide practical legal guidance to cross-functional stakeholders
- Support compliance and regulatory research related to payments and technology services
Ideal Profile
- 6-10 years PQE from a reputable law firm and/or in-house
- Experience in technology, SaaS, fintech, payments, or e-commerce preferred
- Strong commercial contracting skills
- Business-oriented and pragmatic approach to legal advice
- Regional experience across SEA will be an added advantage
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus
