Legal Counsel - Real Estate

Our client is an established real estate and hospitality company with a focus on the Asia Pacific region. They now have a newly created role for a Legal Counsel - Real Estate to be part of their growing legal team to advise on their regional real estate and hospitality operations.

about the job.

Reporting to the General Counsel, you will manage legal advisory for real estate acquisitions, land tenders, sale and purchase, leasing contracts and hotel management agreements for assets in their portfolio. You will also draft and review other commercial contracts arising from the commercial operations and assist with other corporate and compliance matters.

skills and experience required.

You possess a recognized degree in Law with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience gained within a reputable law firm in the real estate practice or an established real estate company. You bring proven expertise in the real estate sector either in development or transactional work. Experience with hospitality agreements will be an advantage. You are a proactive, driven, and agile professional who demonstrates strong analytical capabilities and a keen eagerness to learn. Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage, partner with, and influence diverse internal and external stakeholders are essential for success in this role.
