Legal Counsel

Responsibilities: .

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and service arrangements.
• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters. .
• Support dispute resolution and litigation management where required. .
• Liaise with external counsel and regulatory authorities as necessary

Requirements:

• Degree in Law and admitted to practice in Singapore . .
• Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
