Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and service-related arrangements.
- Provide sound legal counsel on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and related business matters.
- Support dispute resolution efforts and manage litigation processes when required.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and engage with regulatory authorities as necessary.
- Conduct legal research and prepare internal advisories on emerging policies, legislative changes, and regulatory updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law and admission to the Singapore Bar (or an equivalent jurisdiction).
- At least five years of experience in corporate or commercial law, preferably gained from an in-house legal team or a reputable law firm.
- Strong expertise in contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation.
