This is an exciting opportunity for a Legal Counsel to join a leading international media organization at the forefront of entertainment broadcasting. Based in Singapore, you will play a key role in supporting high-profile content and commercial initiatives across a fast-paced and dynamic business.

In this role, you will take ownership of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including content licensing, distribution, production, and vendor contracts. You will advise on intellectual property matters such as copyright and content usage, while supporting legal aspects of broadcasting, digital platforms, and evolving media technologies.

You will also work closely with business stakeholders across content, sales, and operations, acting as a trusted advisor to manage risk while enabling commercial objectives.

This position offers strong regional exposure and the opportunity to work on premium content and major broadcasting projects, making it ideal for a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys partnering with the business in a highly collaborative environment.
