COMPANY OVERVIEW

This is a 7 -8 month agency contract role (renewable).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

. Expertise in contract drafting and negotiation, with familiarity in ASEAN regulatory frameworks

. High level of accuracy and attention to detail

. Experience in handling multiple contracts and projects simultaneously under tight timelines

. Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and clients

. Works effectively with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Sales, and other business units

. Experience in working in a high-performance, deadline-driven environment

JOB REQUIREMENTS

. Degree in Law from a recognized institution

. Prior experience handling data protection and privacy regulations

. Atleast 5 years post-qualification experience, gained either in private practice or in-house

. Experience in negotiating large-scale or complex cloud-based technology agreements
